The Brake the Cycle of Poverty Team is back from their fifth annual bike tour around Connecticut which began on Sunday, June 22, 2008. After a week of pedaling around the state from Manchester to Putnam to Pomfret to Avon to West Hartford to Hartford to Watertown to Fairfield to Stamford to Waterbury, meeting people in poverty, raising awareness to others, visiting poverty centers along the way, and meeting with lawmakers when possible, the team rolled into the St. Vincent De Paul Shelter in Waterbury on Friday June 27, 2008
